Justin Sperlbaum is a board-certified Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner through the American Association of Critical-Care Nurses. He holds a Master of Science in Nursing from Maryville University of St. Louis, where he graduated magna cum laude, and is a proud member of the AACN, AANP, AAFP, and the Florida Association of Nurse Practitioners.
With a diverse background in ICU, hospitalist medicine, nephrology, and infectious disease, Justin brings years of progressive experience in acute care. He has served in leadership roles ranging from ICU Clinical Manager to House Supervisor at Baptist Health Care in Pensacola and Gulf Breeze, where he developed a reputation for delivering high-quality, collaborative, and compassionate care. Justin is licensed to practice in Florida.
Justin believes in treating the whole person, not just the illness. Inspired by the words of Gautama Buddha, “Our sorrows and wounds are healed only when we touch them with compassion,” he approaches every patient with empathy, respect, and dignity. His care philosophy centers on the intersection of physical healing and emotional well-being—especially for individuals managing chronic kidney conditions.
Whether coordinating patient care as part of a multidisciplinary team or developing individualized treatment plans, Justin is committed to improving lives through evidence-based, person-centered care.
