Dr. Mark Vannorsdall is a board-certified nephrologist with decades of experience in general and interventional nephrology. Originally from Boston, Massachusetts, he joined Renalus Center for Kidney Care in 2018.

Dr. Vannorsdall earned his medical degree from Brown University School of Medicine and completed his residency and nephrology fellowship at Maine Medical Center. He has held leadership roles throughout his career, including serving as Medical Director at Eastern Nephrology Associates in North Carolina and co-developing the Interventional Nephrology Fellowship Program at East Carolina University’s Renal Transplant Program.

Outside of the clinic, Dr. Vannorsdall leads by example in advocating for a healthy lifestyle. He enjoys rowing, golfing, hiking, and skiing—activities that reflect his passion for wellness, balance, and staying active year-round.
